Evats 1000 fully automatic bottling machine specially designed by Shivsu Microtek Bottling Systems Pvt. Ltd., for mineral water / carbonated beverages. The entire process has provisions in the filling machine for rinsing, filling, capping and sealing automatically. The entire process is fully computerized with PLC and sensor Control with one touch instrumentation system under technology transfer and technical collaborations from US Micron Inc. California. U.S.A. The whole equipment is sleek and is capable of bottling various sizes of bottles ranging from 500 ml to 2 Litres. The mineral water / bottles are fed into the input feed conveyor of the Evats 1000 systems.

The bottles are first picked up using an automatic robot arm, which tilts the bottle on top of a rinsing spray, which rinses the bottles in three stages. The bottles are cleaned with ozonised mineral water. After rinsing the bottles are transferred by neck to the filling station. Here the bottles are filled accurately by filling valves. The filling valves are very accurate and give equal filling to every bottle. The special feature in the system is that no bottle no wash and no bottle no fill. After filling, bottles automatically move for the capping stage where the caps are released from the vibrator on the bottle. The caps are sealed automatically using special capping heads. A number of germicidal lamps are provided to disinfect the water and air borne contamination. Evats 1000 is an unique bottling machine with in built High-Tech features. The entire system is enclosed in a stainless steel / Glass outer casing. After the capping stage the bottles are automatically ejected out of the output conveyor to the feed area.

Optional Features : Shrink Labeller is provided on the output conveyor. Ozone jets to disinfect caps.

The entire process is fully mechanical with variable speed drive and gravity / counter pressure filling system. The total system is manufactured under technology transfer and technical collaboration from US microcon Inc. California U.S.A. the whole equipment is sleek and is capable of bottling various sizes of bottles ranging from 500 ml to 2 litres. The mineral water bottles are fed in to the rotary rinse, filler, capper by means of an input feed conveyor. A star wheel then transfers the bottle to the neck holding robot of the rinsing station.

The rinsing robot indexes the bottle 1800 and activates the rinsing valve. Bottles after being rinsed are automatically transferred by a star wheel to the filling station. In the filling station the bottles are picked up by the neck and are allocated individual filling valves. The state-of-art filling valve is so precise and accurate it gives even filling in bottles. The filled bottles are then transferred to the capping station via a star wheel. The bottles automatically move for the capping stage where the caps releases from the vibrator on the bottles. The caps are sealed automatically using special capping heads. The Evats 1000-60-200 Rotary is an unique bottling machine with in built High-Tech features. ‘No bottle no wash, no bottle no fill and no bottle no cap' are the standard features of the Evats 1000-60-200 Rotary. The entire system is enclosed in a stainless steel / glass outer casing. After the capping stage the bottles are automatically ejected out to the out feed conveyor.
